ImmiAtlas ("we", "us", "our") is an employment-based immigration tracking platform available at immiatlas.com. We help users track their immigration cases, understand processing timelines, and receive alerts about priority date changes. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

When you use ImmiAtlas, we collect:

• Account information: email address and name when you sign up via Google or magic link.
• Case data: immigration case details you enter (case type, receipt numbers, priority dates, filing dates).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform via PostHog analytics.
• Payment data: subscription information processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the ImmiAtlas platform and your dashboard.
• Send priority date alerts and case status notifications you opt into.
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Google Sign-In

We use Google OAuth for sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We use this information solely to create and manage your ImmiAtlas account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is limited to authenticated requests using your session credentials.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access all case data you have entered through your dashboard.
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Opt out of email alerts in your account settings.
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (set by Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Analytics (PostHog) uses a first-party cookie that you can opt out of.

9. Children's Privacy

ImmiAtlas is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
