By accessing or using ImmiAtlas at immiatlas.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImmiAtlas provides tools for tracking U.S. employment-based immigration cases, viewing Visa Bulletin data, estimating processing timelines based on community data, and receiving priority date alerts. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Legal Advice

ImmiAtlas is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Immigration decisions are complex and fact-specific — always consult a licensed immigration attorney before taking any action on your case.

4. Accuracy of Information

Timeline estimates are statistical and based on community-contributed data. They are not guaranteed. Processing times vary based on USCIS workload, RFEs, biometrics, and other factors outside our visibility. We make no warranty that the information on this platform is accurate, complete, or current.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial data scraping.

6. Subscription and Payments

ImmiAtlas offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or mass-download data from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent case information.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising ImmiAtlas is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your case data remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiAtlas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
